Join us at Craws Nest Collective for a beautifully relaxing morning of facial wellness.
We are returning to this lovely studio space in Currie for a slow and uplifting morning designed to help you feel lifted, refreshed and more connected to yourself.
Arrive to a welcoming herbal tea bar before settling into this mat-based workshop. Throughout the session, you’ll be comfortably supported on mats, bolsters and cushions, with moments of guided relaxation woven throughout to help you switch off and unwind.
Through guided Face Yoga, we’ll awaken tired facial muscles, gently lift the face and release tension held in the jaw, neck and shoulders.
We’ll then move into our signature Facial Cupping ritual to release built-up tension, boost circulation and encourage natural glow.
