All Unfold Face tools and products, including facial tape, Gua Sha tools, facial cups, and face oil, are intended for external use only. Results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and consistency of use. Unfold Face is not liable for any injury, irritation, or adverse reaction resulting from misuse or individual sensitivity. Always follow the instructions provided and perform a patch test where relevant.

Workshops and Events
By purchasing a ticket to one of our workshops or retreats, you agree to the following: tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or request to move to a future date, subject to availability and at our discretion. All attendees take part at their own risk and are responsible for informing us of any medical concerns or injuries in advance.

1:1 Consultations
Consultations must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment. Your consultation includes a personal routine, resources, and a follow-up. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied or redistributed.

Digital Products
All digital products, including ritual guides, videos, PDF downloads, or online programs, are non-refundable once delivered. These materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare items, tools, or accessories. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including videos, guides, product designs, photos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Natalie McConnell trading as Unfold Face. It may not be reproduced, republished, or shared without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, injury, or user error.

Governing Law
