Functional Face Yoga Foundations is a simple, beginner-friendly programme designed to help you reconnect with your face through gentle, effective movement. No oil, no complicated routines. Just your hands, simple guidance, and a structured system you can return to. This programme helps you: • reduce unnecessary tension in the face and neck • restore awareness of facial muscles • support more natural facial movement • help the face feel lighter and less held • improve balance across the face and neck • build a simple routine you can actually stick to This is not about forcing the face or overworking the muscles. It’s about learning to work with your face, releasing held patterns, and supporting the muscles in a gentle, sustainable way. Inside the programme, you’ll find two guided videos designed to work together. The 30-minute Introduction Masterclass teaches the full Foundations routine with in-depth guidance across the jaw, cheeks, eyes, forehead and neck. This session helps you understand the technique, the intention, and how the movements should feel. You’ll also finish with a calming relaxation to help everything settle and integrate. Alongside this, you’ll have a 10-minute Daily Foundations practice. This shorter session becomes your go-to routine once you’ve completed the masterclass. Repeat it 3 to 5 times per week to begin noticing subtle but meaningful changes in how your face feels, moves, and holds expression. Think of this as your starting point. A reset for your face. A foundation you can return to again and again. Simple, functional facial care, guided with calm and clarity.
